How do you accomplish this? This is very easy to do. After you sign the PDF on your computer (click here to view these instructions directly on the Adobe website) - you should click "done signing". The PDF will then ask you if you want to email it at that point (and if you say yes to this your computer will use your default email to do so) in time or you can choose to save it to your desktop as a PDF and then proceed to email it as an attachment with your chosen default / choice email using your phone's personal hotspot. This is very helpful to satisfy the requirements of sending contracts without delays and providing copies to all parties.

If you have internet hotspot capability on your phone this makes it even easier when you are not home and/or where there is wifi! Simply link your computer to your phone and send the email located on your desktop once you are on the internet hotspot. It is that easy.

PDF Solutions

PDFs are indispensable tools. They have many uses. Often, consumers and agents do not use the features of PDF documents to their advantage. Adobe is constantly updating Adobe Reader and you should always make sure you update your computer's Adobe Reader often. Often, people merely print out the PDF forms, fill them in, scan and/or fax the filled in forms. This creates a great deal amount more of work than is required.

How do you sign PDF documents either online or on the computer without printing them? Easy.

Here is how:

PDF forms may be signed without printing them. There are several ways to do this:

To begin please make sure you have the most up-to-date Adobe Reader downloaded to your computer. This is free and easy to do. Please copy and paste this URL to browser's address bar: http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html and/or click here to go there directly.

After downloading and installing the most up-to-date Adobe Reader to your computer you are now ready to begin signing your downloaded pdf document(s).

  • Open the PDF document on your desktop. On the top of the PDF document click on the "sign, add text or send a document for signature" icon.
  • Once you click on this icon a side menu will open entitled "I need to sign" at top.
  • Click the "Place Signature" option under this menu
  • A dialogue box will open to begin the signature process. Type in the text for your name in the text box and using the right arrow choose your method for signing:
  • Type my signature: This often seems the easiest choice. You simply type in your signature.
  • Draw my signature: This option will open a box where you can use a stylus or your finger to physically draw your signature. It may take several tries as it is not as easy as using a pen in your hand. After you draw your what you consider to be an acceptable signature follow the prompts and then use the mouse to insert the saved drawn signature to the signature line by placing your cursor on that line and left clicking the mouse. After doing this, you will see your signature placed on that line.
  • Use an image for my signature: This is best achieved by taking a picture of your signature, saving it to your desktop and then uploading it with the prompts. After you upload your signature follow the prompts and then use the mouse to insert the saved image signature to the signature line by placing your cursor on that line and left clicking the mouse. After this has been done, you will view your signature placed on that chosen line.
  • When you are done signing your PDF with whatever choice you use above - click on "Done Signing" button and follow the prompts. If you choose not to send your document then - you can save it to your desktop and merely attach it to an email and send it as an attachment.
